The book
210 pages in A4, softcover or hardcover: the interviews at length, documents, court filings, photographs and the timeline. Edited, printed and delivered by Konsensus.
The film
A feature documentary in six chapters, in English. Backers watch it the day it's released.
The production diary
A private feed for backers from the week the campaign ends: the shoot, as it happens.

Questions you might have

Is there a token, or anything to invest in?
No, and there never will be. You're not investing in anything: you're helping a film get made, and you get the book and the film in return. For a story like this one, it's the only way that felt right.
What happens if you don't reach the goal?
Then nobody pays anything. Kickstarter only charges backers once a project reaches its goal, so backing 21 is risk-free. That's also why the first days matter so much: early backers are what get a project noticed.
When will I get the book and the film?
The road above shows the big steps: the interviews come first, then the writing, then a long edit, and backers receive everything in 2028. We'd rather take the time to do it right, and you'll follow every step through the production diary.
Is it for or against Bitcoin?
Neither. It's a film about people: what they believed, what they built and what it cost them. We'll be critical where it's deserved, and fair to everyone, whichever side they ended up on.
